First 24 hours...

So far in the first 24 hours of "taking it easy", Claire cut her hair!

She cut herself a nice set of about 2in bangs at the very front of her head, sticking straight up....but why stop there, she cut in some extra layers all on the right side.

How did we find out? She hid it well for a couple hours until Shane got home. He went back to our bathroom and came right back with a handful of her hair. Shane asked her about it and then started examining her head to find her handy work. She had done a pretty good job of hiding it, I just thought it was a bad hair day (she had her hair fixed that morning at Nana and Papa's). I was also pretty much out of it as all the stress caught up with me last night and I was exhausted. But once I realized what Shane was confronting her with, I was livid!!!!! How could she cut her pretty hair??? But I am so glad it was not any worse! She will not let me take a picture of her as she is now embarrassed and we have hid it the best we could. Let's just say that we will not be having any ponytails for awhile =). When I was getting ready this morning, I noticed this.....She tried hiding some of the hair in an empty product jar...at least she is crafty in her hiding =)!
Have a great weekend!!!

That is too funny! I cut my hair when I was a kid! My mom didn't think it was funny!

I did that too when I was little, but it wasn't that much.

Hiding the hair in a product jar? Pretty creative. If only she'd not left it out for all to see. At least it wasn't worse.

Wow! Hide the razors...it could have been worse! When was little, I cut my bangs about an inch from the scalp. Hang in there, hopefully this weekend will be more relaxing!

Oh no, Rachel!! Natalie has cut her hair before, too. Glad it's not so bad that you can't hide it!!

I just caught up with you (sorry I've been away from the blog world this week), and OMG I am SO glad that all is OK with your baby!! You must have been terrified w/ the bleeding!! That is SO SO scary. I'm glad that nightmare is over for you - now it's your job to relax!! Put your feet up girl and enjoy it as much as you can - I know what you mean... it can be hard to 'take it easy' when there's SO much to do at home, at work, etc.

Love the 4D shot - I never had one done on my boys (course it prob wasn't even invented when I was preg w/ Josh! ha) Technology is so amazing!!

So much for stress, it's funny how they "hide" things. Very imaginitive for her age. Don't you think! She'll have no problems with husbands and shoes!

HHHH NO WAY!!!! You would expect it from O but that's a shocker for her! I can't wait to see it! :) Good thing is it will grow back and you have this to look back at and laugh!

I remember the first time my sister decided to cut my hair. It was BAD...and why do the bangs always get the worst of it??!
