Little Mama, Big Mama

Hello all!! As usual, I am not a great blogger lately =(! I have tried to stay up on my commenting but we have been busy, but not blog worthy busy! Meaning: no pictures, no fun parties, NADA! I have been working like a mad woman on the kid's rooms and the upstairs landing and I CANNOT WAIT to share very very soon! Bree's room is almost done and I have some finishing touches on Claire's as well as some fun changes to the landing! This weekend Shane's parents kept the kids all day Saturday and then Saturday night and we picked them up at church Sunday. I was able to get a ton done and we even got in a movie. But I have some catching up to do finally!

First - per the title - Little Mama...

This weekend when the kids were at Nana and Papa's, they had all the grandkids come over to play. Brooke and Mitch came by to show everyone their new puppy, Tiger Lily =). Little Mama Claire held her the whole time and LOVED it! I cannot tell you how much she loves to mother things and pretend she is the Mama...Brooke caught some precious pics for me!

Then Monday, me, Mom, Tara and Claire got to take Ashley, Chad and new baby Avery dinner! We were so excited to see her again and Claire was beside herself in the hopes of holding the baby! Tara, of course, had her camera so she got some great shots of my little Mama Claire!! She is going to be a fabulous big sister!Avery is such a doll baby!!!!!

Today, I had a Dr's appt. I had not been in 5 weeks as I had to cancel last week due to work (BLAH) so I knew that I had changed a lot since he last saw me...everyone is pointing out my ever growing belly! I was hesitant to be weighed as I knew it was going to be a big gain, but I had LOST 2lbs (total weight gain of 10lbs). I was shocked! Now let me tell you, I am not one to skip a meal right now (or snack) and I have been eating like a man!!!! AND, my belly is probably double the size it was last time I saw the Dr. My nurse measured me and said that I was measuring right on, maybe a tiny bit ahead. When he came in, he felt my belly and said that I WAS ALL BABY!! He said that Bree is already big and the reason that I am getting winded easily and often times I feel like she is kicking very low (I feel like a leg or arm is going to fall out, always for a good time, sorry TMI) is because she is so big that she is up real high and low at the same time!!! He was not concerned and said that she will probably be big like O (he was 8lbs 5oz, Claire was 7lbs, 5oz) and he would try to keep me from going too long and having a 10lb baby. So, as always, its always something with me and she is a big growing girl inside me, which is music to our ears as we were afraid 2 months ago that she would not make it full term! I go back in 3 weeks, then I start going every 2 weeks and onto the home stretch! I start my third trimester next week and we are about 10 weeks out!!!
